How to send video message on WhatsApp
Step 1. Open the desired chat and just tap on the microphone icon. It will be immediately replaced with a video camera camera icon.
Step 2. Tap the camera icon to take a round video on Whatsapp—note that a three-second countdown will appear until recording begins. At the end, release your finger to send the video immediately in the chat.
Step 3. While recording the WhatsApp video message, swipe left to cancel or lock the icon for hands-free recording. At the end, tap the trash can to discard the clip or the small blue arrow to send the video to the chat.
Step 4. Once sent, the video will play without sound in the chat. Press the play icon to increase the size of the balloon and unmute the recording.
Step 5. To delete the video message, just long press on it and tap Delete as usual in other WhatsApp chat items.
Step 6. To restore the microphone icon in the chat, just tap the video camera. It is possible to carry out this exchange as many times as you want, depending on the need to record audio or video messages.
